The over 135-year-old art nouveau dining room takes you back into another era – enchanting, sensual and full of joie de vivre. You have a daily choice of market-fresh, à-la-carte dishes. The cuisine is light and creative and acquires its special flair from a blend of Mediterranean and Engadin influences.
The appetizing aroma of the menus stems from the cuisine of Valère Braun (until May 2003 captain of the Swiss Culinary National Team). His culinary art is distinguished by dishes of the highest quality and freshness, which he adapts to the individual seasons and ingeniously refines with natural aromas - characterized by Mediterranean flair. Put simply: a feast to pamper the most discerning palate.
The extensive wine list with over 90 provenances offers numerous attractively priced trouvailles. We will be pleased to advise you.
A lavishly laid breakfast table greets you the following morning. A new day full of encounters and refreshing experiences can begin.
