The 140-year-old Art Nouveau dining room takes you back into another era – enchanting, sensual and full of joie de vivre. You have a daily choice of market-fresh, à-la-carte dishes. A special focus is set on the use of products from local suppliers. The extensive wine list with over 250 different wines from 90 provenances offers numerous trouvailles. Please ask us for details or suggestions.

A lavishly laid breakfast table greets you every morning. Our rich breakfast buffet offers many Engadine specialties from our local suppliers, such as fine cheese from the Pontresina dairy, Engadine Salsiz, freshly prepared egg dishes, delicious breads, pastries and freshly made croissants, mountain honey, locally made jam from Zizers and many other delicacies. We are also happy to welcome outside guests (CHF 32 per person) for breakfast in our Art Nouveau restaurant. Come let us spoil you.

We want to bring our extensive wine selection a bit closer to all wine lovers in over 1800 metres altitude.

Around 250 positions can be found on our wine list - including fresh and fruity aperitif wines, distinctive exotics, classics and novelties. We are very proud of our local treasures from the Graubunden region, which have greatly increased in quality and finesse in recent years.

The Hotel Saratz fireside bar is the perfect place for having a relaxing aperitif or late night drink near the warm, flickering light of the fireplace.
In summer, relax on the spacious sun terrace and treat yourself to a refreshing drink or just enjoy the summer sun!

Fondue And Raclette StubliLa Cuort

Bread & cheese

Enjoy a cosy evening meal in La Cuort, the stylish fondue and raclette stübli located in the oldest vaults of the Hotel Saratz. The story of fondue dates back hundreds of years. In ancient times, the Alpine herdsmen were far from civilization. Their staple diet, which they were able to produce themselves, was bread and cheese. A combination that still encourages refined creations.

Whether in the old cellar vaults, the time-honoured Art-Nouveau Restaurant or the lively Scena: in each of our restaurants you’ll savour the finest cuisine. We are glad to take your reservation.

Would you like to dine at another Pontresina hotel for a change? Available from Sunday to Thursday, you can redeem your Dine-Around voucher as part of the culinary carousel Pontresina and we will gladly make a table reservation for you.
