"Swiss Made" is the motto of the 28th St Moritz Gourmet Festival. The 2022 edition will be training the spotlight on the wealth and diversity of the Swiss gastronomic scene. The crème de la crème of Swiss chefs and the best executive chefs from the festival's partner hotels with be enthralling guests with their skills and delighting them with delicacies from the culinary paradise that is Switzerland.  

Tobias Funke at the Saratz. Born in 1982, he is not only one of Switzerland's most distinguished and star-rated chefs but also one of the youngest. Nonetheless, Tobias has plenty of experience under his belt. Among others, he has been at the helm of Funkes Obstgarten in Freienbach (SZ) and worked at the acclaimed Petermanns Kunststuben in Küsnacht (ZH). In 2011, he was declared the youngest Gault Millau newcomer and awarded 17 Gault Millau points and one Michelin star. 

From Friday 28 January to Tuesday 01 February 2022, Tobias Funke will be starring at Giodis with his signature "Swiss Alpine Food". Are you ready to soar to new culinary heights?
