Bernina Trek

Unique experiences in the southernmost corners of Graubünden

The Bernina Trek is a long-distance hike from SAC chalet to SAC chalet - and much more!

From the Albula Valley with the Piz Kesch and the UNESCO World Heritage route of the Rhätische Railway (from Thusis to Tirano), into the Julier region with its amazing geology and tranquillity, on up to the Bernina region with its famous peaks such as Piz Palü, Piz Moteratsch and Piz Bernina, including the world-famous Bianco ridge, and ending with the lovely and warm Puschlav with its incomparable Italianità. A thing for every hiker!

The Bernina Trek is divided into 7 stages. The 5th stage leads through Pontresina and is an excellent stopover or starting point.
