WILD HERB COURSE
Could it be that nettles and masterwort wonder why hardly anyone knows about their properties and culinary potential? It certainly makes us wonder. After all, nature is waiting to be discovered – and it's right on our doorstep.
Wild herbs elevate our cuisine, enhance our enjoyment and lend a unique touch to our dishes. And let's be honest – they can even be good for our health! During the wild herb days, we will immerse ourselves in nature's abundance on our doorstep. We will learn, explore and taste our herbs and find out how they can enrich dishes and benefit our wellbeing. On both course days, we will be cooking together at the fire ring in the Saratz park and refining our food with the herbs and plants we have gathered.
