Tina’s intuitive, mindful approach to Pilates activates your core, enhances posture, and reconnects you with your physical center. Her sessions gently strengthen your body and ground your awareness.

Rebecca Robinson – Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork
Born in the U.S., Rebecca came to Switzerland as a model and fell in love – both with the country and the deeper journey within.
After raising her three children, she turned her passion to Ashtanga yoga. Through years of dedication, she discovered the profound calm that breath, movement, and mindfulness bring.
Her teaching helps you reconnect to yourself – emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
