FIT & WELL Cross-Country week

    Let's go! Qualified cross-country ski instructors are on hand to guide you through the breathtaking Engadine winter scenery and offer invaluable, personalised tips and advice on the different techniques and optimal training methods. Peak performance requires peak recovery: relax your muscles like the pros with foot and leg massages and baths and you'll be raring to go again the next day. Go, go, go! Enjoy a superb training opportunity with effective regeneration in a snow-sure region – this is cross-country skiing in the Engadine.

    Package includes:

    • First lesson on the day of arrival at 14:00/15:00 hrs
    • 3 nights including halfboard
    • Cross-country skiing tuition for beginners and advanced skiers in ability-based groups: 5.5 hours with the 4-day package, 11 hours with the 8-day package and 11.5 hours with the 7-day package 
    • Snowshoe trek or Wax and wildlife watching
    • Rental skis at a preferential rate  
    • A 25-minute massage

    The Cross-Country Skiing Days are organised by Fähndrich Sport in Pontresina.
