Nadia Damaso is a two-time No. 1 bestselling cookbook author who grew up in Pontresina, not far from the Hotel Saratz. Through her recipes, she demonstrates that eating a healthy diet doesn't involve sacrificing enjoyment, taste and variety. She draws her inspiration largely from nature – and how could it be otherwise, having grown up with the stunning mountain landscape around Pontresina on her doorstep. "Eat Better, Not Less" is not just the title of her book but also a maxim to live by. More than simply a way to eat, it's the foundation of an entire lifestyle. What we eat impacts our body, mind and soul. Her approach to cooking is fun and infectious, and her recipes contain lots of delicious nutrients to energise the body. We are now serving Nadia's rendition of the traditional Bircher muesli for breakfast. Look forward to a berry-infused treat for your tastebuds!
