Pontresina is situated in a triangle between Zurich, Milan and Munich. Your vacation destination is within convenient reach by Rhaetian Railway, on the excellent road network or by air. 

By car

Parking is available in the hotel's own underground carpark as well as directly in front of the hotel. Parking rate: CHF 17.00 per night (on date of departure until 11:00 hrs).

By car, you can reach the Engadine easily and conveniently from anywhere in Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Austria:   
Zurich - Pontresina: 200 km, 3 hours
Milan - Pontresina: 175 km, 3 hours
Munich - Pontresina: 300 km, 4 hours
Basel - Pontresina: 250 km, 4 hours
In snowfall, the pass roads are only open to vehicles with snow chains or four-wheel drives. We recommend using the Vereina Tunnel car shuttle train from Klosters to the Lower Engadine.

By train

With its loop tunnels and vertiginous viaducts, the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) line from Chur via Tiefencastel to the Engadine is one of Europe's most scenic and technically interesting. Another option is to travel to the Engadine from Landquart via Klosters and the Vereina Tunnel. This allows you to get from Zurich main station to Pontresina in 3 hours, 19 minutes.
